Ivy Academy Spring Festival: Running With Sasquatch

On April 12th, Ivy Academy’s annual fundraising event, “Running With Sasquatch,” took off with a roar—and even left Sasquatch Winded!

We had an incredible time supporting Ivy Academy’s mission to promote environmental education and stewardship alongside our friends at North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy, Cumberland Trail State Park, Chattanooga Audubon, Lula Lake Land Trust, and the Tennessee Aquarium.

It takes a united effort to keep our cherished natural spaces healthy and thriving, and as we stood together in the breathtaking North Chickamauga Creek Gorge, the power of community action was impossible to miss.

The day was filled with laughter, delicious food, toe-tapping bluegrass, and beautifully crafted local goods. One of the highlights? Swapping watershed stewardship success stories while cheering on runners fresh off the trail, proudly sharing how they “whooped Sas” out on the course!

A huge thank you to Ivy Academy for inviting us out for another unforgettable year of “Whooping Sas”! We’ll be looking forward to the next one.
